1. Changeover related problemsQ. Changeover Control Room Number?A. Control Room Number: 22346363Q. I have not received any SIM neither by courier nor collected from counters but my number was active before changeover. What shall I do? A. You may collect a new SIM from the five (5) designated counters- (1) Behala Exch., (2) O/o Area Manager, Ballygunge, (4) Bidhannagar Exch., (3) O/o Area Manager, Barrack pore, (5) O/o Area Manager, Satyabala, Howrah upto 5th November, 2003 and there after from Telephone Kendra, P-10 New CIT Road, Teretta Bazar, Calcutta-73. Q If you receive two SIMs (1) through Courier and (2) collected from counters. What shall I do?A. Use the SIM collected from counters and return the SIM collected through courier to our counters, which will not be activated at all and will be of no use for you. Q. I have received the first letter of intimation but courier did not deliver the SIM to me. What shall I do?A. Please get a new SIM from any of the five(5) designated counters- (1) Behala Exch., (2) O/o Area Manager, Ballygunge, (4) Bidhannagar Exch., (3) O/o Area Manager, Barrackpore, (5) O/o Area Manager, Satyabala, Howrah upto 5th November, 2003 and there after from Telephone Kendra, P-10 New CIT Road, Teretta Bazar, Calcutta-73. Q. I got a SIM but it is not working or I am nor getting CellOne nor I INA81. What shall I do? A. (1) If you are a Prepaid then it might have expired deleted after Additional Grace period. (2) Your SIM might have blocked due to wrong entry of PIN/PUK, more than designated times. (3) If you are a Postpaid customer, your number may be under Temporarily Disconnected due to Non Payment of Bills. Q. Whether my Balance amount will be transferred after change over to CellOne (Excel)? A. Yes your unused balance amount will be transferred. Q. What will be the Validity, Grace, Additional Grace Period after changeover? A. By default, initially will you get validity for 45 days, Grace Period for 15 days, Addl. Grace Period of 60 days from the date of change over. In case you have charged CallCard of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 2000 your validity will be in actual remaining number of days (if more than 45 days). Q. How shall I know that my number remains the same? A. (1) You make a call to another Mobile or CLI enabled Landline or WLL Mobile and note the display.
