Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee is chaired by non-executive director, Baroness Wilcox and oversees the integration of CSR throughout the business. The committee comprises the chairman and two other non-executive colleagues, as well as group chief executive, the chief human resources officer and chief legal officer.
