a. Best productivity outcome will involve high team cohesiveness and high group performance norms.
b. Moderate productivity will arise if there if there is low team cohesiveness but high group performance norms.
c. Low/Moderate productivity is when there is both low group performance norms and low team cohesiveness
d. Low productivity will be the output if there is high cohesiveness but low group performance norms.
