If he was the prime minister now I wouldn’t call him a traitor I would look up to him and be proud and feel confident over the fact that he was making decisions over the country I lived in.
Some peoples views may be that Mr. James Ramsay Macdonald betrayed the Labour party and others may think that he just had his people’s best interests at heart.
Maybe he was in the wrong but who is to know what is right and what is wrong in this situation? why should you or I have the right to decide the correct answer? We can have our opinions and our thoughts on the matter but we aren’t in the right to say whether he was a traitor or not.
Therefore I conclude that there is no answer to whether or not Ramsay Macdonald was a traitor or a courageous patriot. In my opinion I think he was a courageous man, he was put in charge and did his best just because he slipped up once this doesn’t make him a traitor. That’s just my thoughts though. I don’t know the correct answer and if you think you do then your wrong. The only person who knows where he is a traitor or courageous is the man him self. Macdonald. He is the only person who knows whether his acts were intentionally meant to betray the Labour party or whether he really thought he was doing the right thing.
