By examining further into the affirmative action issue, I have witnessed the lasting impression it has and will continue to have on American business. Affirmative action does hold a tremendous importance on business due to its ability to correct injustices that have happened in the past, work on the task of ceasing present discrimination, and providing benefits for corporations.
