Policy Expectations
This partnership agreement, herein after called the “agreement “ will become affective as of Month ##, 2003, when the group selection took place between:
Whereas, This contract will become invalid as of the end of U of A Spring Semester.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the proper regulations and procedures of job expectations and performance of a group. All members should be treated equally and respectfully regardless of age, sex or gender. At the same time, everyone’s ideas or thought should be respected.
2. Terms and Conditions
a) Attendance
All group members should not be absent unless they have a serious emergency. The fact that Business xxx only meets one day per week should be sufficient information of how important it is to attend class. Your failure to follow the attendance guidelines can result in your termination.
b) Termination
Your failure to comply with the group’s regulations of attendance, courtesy, and respect for others will allow your group to fire you. You must not miss more than 2 days, unless you have a valuable explanation. You should not play dysfunctional roles, such as putting down your members, attacking, or disrespecting others.
c) Decision Making
All group members should receive equal opportunity to express their thoughts and ideas
The final decision will take place when all group members clearly and freely of interruptions vote on the issue. There will not be a win-lose situation when decisions are taking place. The
