Affinity Orientation Discrimination in the Workplace
represented just like everyone else. There are laws to protect people from discrimination, and this should just be a stipulation to that law. Just as there are laws to protect discrimination on race, gender and age, sexual orientation should be added to that list. I think this is important because then everyone gets the same message which is no discrimination at all.
In my workplace, there are no homosexuals that I am aware of. I know that if there were, my co-workers and I would be completely comfortable and able to work side by side with the individual. Just because they might have a different sexual orientation that I do, it does not mean that they are any less competent to do the job that I do. Therefore, I believe that there should be more laws to protect homosexuals in the workplace. I think the government should do a better job of assuring liberty and justice
