Management Skills
Being in a previous management position, I have dealt with budgeting, interviews, exit interviews, terminations, development of different work plans including their evaluation.
By undertaking many responsibilities and tasks, I was taught how to prioritise work effectively and maximise my use of time, also to work autonomously as sole manager on a day to day basis.
A number of times have I had to make instant decisions resulting in the success of 150 to 200 customers at time, using available staff and resources.

I have been involved with constant change in the workforce whether it be as a result of legislative requirements of head office suggestions. I have been used multiple times to represent fellow staff and also management views once promoted.

I am Tertiary Qualified in the field of Human Resources where I received my Bachelors Degree in Business. I have had various experience in different fields for a total of six years which shows my adaptability to different industries.
I have used and learnt many software packages over this period according to the different industry standards, which enabled me perfect report writing and presentation skills.
