Acceptance
In order to accept, you must first understand. When anything unusual happens in our lives, we wonder if what we know and love as a constant are actually real, actually there, and actually constant. In order to fully accept new occurances and other ordeals, we must first understand that everything is variable. All things in life can change. There are no exceptions. Everything does change. There are no exceptions. The only hard part is dealing with the changes when they occur. In order to stay on balance after a major change, one must be ready for the change at all times.

Once you are comfortable in experimenting with different oppinions, try living a day making yourself believe like it has already happened. If you can't go all day, it is fine. Just return to normal and try again when you are ready.
